SCHEDULED SYSTEM DOWNTIME

Dear E-Services User,

Please be advised that the E-Services will be temporarily interrupted for maintenance activities. The interruption will be as follows: -

Service Policies

Starting June 1st, 2024, we're implementing some updates to our service policies to better serve you:

Gas-in and reconnection appointments: To streamline our service and ensure prompt assistance, all appointments should now be scheduled through our mobile app. This shift towards a digital-first approach aims to improve efficiency and offer you a more convenient and seamless experience.

Re-Appointment Charges: For any rescheduled appointments by customer, there will be a nominal fee of RM50. This charge will apply if a technician arrives on-site for a scheduled appointment and is unable to perform the necessary service due to the customer's absence or if the equipment is not accessible or functioning for the intended service. The charge is to be paid prior to the next appointment arrangement.

On-Site Response Charges: In cases where issues fall outside our standard service agreement, an on-site response will incur a charge of RM80. Please find below the specific cases where on-site response charges will be applicable:
